University of Missouri-St. Louis: North County Workforce and Business District, University of Missouri – St. Louis South Campus Development

UMSL seeks an experienced planning and development consulting team to work closely with UMSL’s economic development team in developing a master plan framework to guide redevelopment of a 35-acre parcel located on UMSL’s South Campus into a mixed-use North County Workforce and Business District (the “Project”).  

Key deliverables will include a master redevelopment plan, market study, financial feasibility and development financing analysis, and analysis of public-private partnership structures to ensure high-quality design and development standards and equitable economic development opportunities.

City of Kirkwood: Attainable Housing Study

The City of Kirkwood is requesting the professional services of a consulting firm to perform an Attainable Housing Study as described in Request for Qualifications - 13878. If your firm would like to be considered for these services, please express interest by reviewing the solicitation in the City of Kirkwood’s e-Procurement platform, Limit your letter of interest to no more than five (5) pages. This letter should include any information which might help us in the selection process, such as the persons or team you would assign to each project, the backgrounds of those individuals, and other projects your company has recently completed or are now active. It is required that your firm’s Statement of Qualification (RSMo 8.285 through 8.291) be submitted with your firm’s Letter of Interest, or be on file with the City of Kirkwood. The statement of qualification is not included in the total page count limit. Firms are to download the Request for Qualifications from the City of Kirkwood’s e-Procurement platform by registering at  Submission of qualifications will be accepted until the date and time listed in the solicitation. City of Olivette: Comprehensive Plan Update

The City of Olivette, Missouri ("City") is updating its Comprehensive Plan ("Plan") for the physical development and redevelopment of the community; and invites qualified Consultants ("Consultant") to respond to this Request for Qualifications ("RFQ"). The new, updated plan will provide a vision, goals, objectives, and policies to guide the City’s elected officials, property owners, developers, staff, and residents on the appropriate growth and redevelopment for Olivette. Consultants or a consultant team should have expertise in the areas of land use planning, transportation, urban design, parks planning, economics, and sustainability. It is anticipated that work will begin in the summer of 2022 and the finished product will be adopted by the City in mid-late 2023. This RFQ is a competitive bid to select a proposer that best meets the needs of the City based on qualifications, service, capabilities, price, as well as other factors. It is not a competitive bid based only on price. This RFQ contains instructions governing the proposals to be submitted, the materials to be included, and the requirements that must be met to be eligible for consideration. The City of Olivette, Missouri will receive sealed proposals, made to the attn: RFQ Response: Olivette Comprehensive Plan Olivette City Center 1140 Dielman Road Olivette, Missouri 63132 until 4:00 p.m. on the June 15, 2022. Proposals received after the deadline will not be considered. Staff will publicly open and announce received "RFQs" at 4:30 pm, June 15th, at the Olivette City Center located at 1140 Dielman Road.
