Ten years ago, Urban Land Institute (ULI)-St. Louis and Citizens for Modern Transit (CMT) partnered to study transportation and development challenges surrounding the Grand MetroLink Station. In 2021, CMT and St. Louis Midtown Redevelopment Corporation turned once again to ULI St. Louis to study old and new challenges to transforming the area surrounding the station into a pedestrian-friendly, development district.
